::Yet another strange practical lesson

Having my Theory Trial Test today afternoon. I still haven't finished looking at all the theory lessons. Damn, I hope I don't screw it up.

Well anyway, bike lesson yesterday.
Simulator training!!!!
There were these two other guys taking it with me, this guy from China and this Malay(?) guy. I was in a hyper mood, so I started chatting them up.
The instructor seemed damn 'sian' (bored), and kept giving us that kind of 'sian' expression, like 'what the hell, I have to explain this simulator stuff to these noobs again'.
Well, I noticed! Poor guy probably has been facing countless 'kayu' (stupid) trainees since 8am in the morning.
So I tried to chat him up too.

The instructor asked me to go first.
I was like, "NOOOO!!! Scared!" (covers face)
So at last the China guy when first.
His riding was ok.
Then it was my turn.
The simulator was weird.
I kept screwing up on it at first (steers right off course, then goes "Help, I don't know how to turn around!"), but in the end it became much better.
All through the time I was on the simulator, I was talking crap as usual.

Instructor: Turn right.
Me: This way is right, right? (holds up right hand)
Instructor: See? Can't even tell which side is right anymore.
Me: No la, I always like that one. I'm directionally-challenged. Don't know why I take motorbike lesson also. :P

(Just realised that I can't do anything without talking crap at the same time)
I think they were laughing at me, but it's ok cause I don't mind being laughed at when I'm trying to be funny. (Laughing at me when I'm not trying to be funny is a different matter altogether).

Last but not least (heh, this sounds really cliche) was the Malay guy.
Wah, his driving was really hair-raising.
He went damn fast.
Unfortunately, he also had the most crashes.
Which prompted the instructor to say, "Your driving is a bit reckess, ah?"

When the simulator part was over, everyone was considerably more relaxed.
We were all chatting like good friends.
The Malay guy is from ITE.
It's strange, but the guys who have expressed an interest in me are all from ITE.
Maybe I have ITE face or something.

Next, we had the pillion riding part.
Me with the China guy, and the instructor with the Malay guy.
The instructor said that it was because the Malay guy was a better rider, and thus would be more able to control the extra weight casue he was heavy, like 70kg?
I was like, "No la, it's a normal weight for a guy what."
He was like (looks himself up and down), "Not really for a guy like me la."
Anyway, the China guy was 60kg.
I am like 55kg.....according to my unpredictable and possibly inaccurate bathroom scale.
5kg less only :x

(Actually, I think that he probably decided to pair us up like that because of how the Malay guy drove on the simulator.
Seems like the kind that will drive fast and recklessly, especially if there is a girl around.
Instructor probably thought that if the Malay guy crashes with him riding pillion, never mind.
If he crashes with another trainee riding pillion, then there will be trouble.
Anyway, he probably won't dare to do anything weird with the instructor seated behind him.)

First we went around the circuit.
Then we went up the slope and down the slope.
Then we went through the emergency stop course.
I was like, "Hope they don't ask us to emergency stop with pillion."
Well they didn't.
Then we went to the narrow plank and slalom. With pillion rider? 0_o
The instructor said, "Never mind if you can't do it".
I tried the narrow plank but I ran off because the China guy wasn't holding me properly (being a decent guy).
Then after that I charged through the slalom yelling all the way.
I was like "Hold me tighter man!" cause if the pillion doesn't dare to hold you properly, your entire behind will start shaking like a ton of bricks.
Well, I succeeded this time :)

When the lesson was over, the Malay guy was like, "Let's book the next lesson together!"
But he was rushing for his theory test so he asked me for my handphone no. so I could tell him what timeslot we booked.
I gave hime my handphone cause, whatever la, make more friends, right?
His ringtone sounds like it's by Yngwie Malmsteen?
I asked him but he was in a hurry, and besides I didn't know how to say 'Yngwie Malmsteen'.
Ended up not booking the same timeslot as the China guy cause he wasn't free on weekends.

When the Malay guy had gone, the China guy was like, "Do you know him?"
I was like, "Errrr.....no?"
(Erm... should I have given him my handphone no.?)

The Malay guy sent me an sms last night.
Wishing me good night.....awwwww.

~*~

Went night cycling with sis again, despite my promise to myself to stop cycling and start running until the marathon thingy was over.
(Withdrawal symptoms....hehe)
My sister was really distracted that day.
She moved out right into the path of a car twice, despite having "checked" behind her for traffic.
I was behind her, and I could see the car and hear the engine sound right behind me and I think I was more freaked out than she was.
I was like "Get back in you fucking idiot!"
(What the hell, you didn't see it? What is your checking for? For show?)
Please do not do that man, it is fucking dangerous.

Well, on the bright side, I was riding somewhere round Yio Chu Kang and I saw a whole line of training motorbikes pass me.
Pink tags! (Wonder what practical that is?)
But I didn't notice who the instructors were cause I was busy and they were busy and anyway it was a downhill and I had engaged an inappropriate gear, and I was trying to take care of my sister's behind at the same time (you would too, especially after seeing how she'd behaved earlier).
:x
