Hmmm...actually I do not really promote my blog much. In fact, I keep its existence unknown to many pple I know.

Anyway, I don't like people around me knowing that much about my life.

the muscles didn't ache today....I was surprised.
Esp. cause it hurt like hell last night. But 1 nap later (I woke up at 2am), the pain was almost gone.
Today, its like nothing happened at all.
I didn't even get to use my salonpas.

Weird.
Considering my muscles hurt more when I jogged in bishan park one day.
